overview

An interactive experience that transforms the Adult Swim Festival into a competitive game inspired by the channel’s animated world. Participants complete challenges throughout the venue, track their personal achievements, navigate the festival and compete for a place on a live leaderboard.

approach

The experience was designed as two connected systems: a participant-facing platform and a staff management interface. While participants navigate challenges, track progress and rankings, the festival team can monitor activity and manage the competition in real time - creating one cohesive system that supports the experience from both sides.
